Because our pieces are made to order and customized for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are unable to deliver your order or you receive an incorrect or faulty item.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographic evidence of the issue so we can make it right.
