Zoe’s Humble Abode began with a love of natural wood, thoughtful design, and creating pieces that make a home feel more like your own. Every piece is made to order in our Michigan wood shop, with an emphasis on quality materials, simple design, and craftsmanship that lasts.

We believe in bringing real wood back into the home. That means no MDF, particleboard, or engineered wood — just solid hardwood, made to last and made to be lived with.

And yes, Zoe — the German Shorthaired Pointer behind the name — is still very much part of the operation. She may not do much woodworking, but she’s excellent at shop supervision. 🐾
